No Returns or exchanges once an order is placed, except in case of damaged/defective products or deliveries that are lost during shipping.  

Returns/Exchange requests in such cases will be accepted within 7 days of delivery to the customer.

Customers agree that they have gone through the product size chart before placing an order. Products can not be exchanged for sizes once the order is placed. 
 
In the event of damaged/defective items, the company must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the product. Customers may be requested to share photographs of said items via e-mail.

In case the product(s) is received in damaged condition or suffers from quality issues, we will be happy to send a replacement or refund the complete amount.
